Pact Legal Consulting was established in Melbourne in July 2011, by its principal lawyer and owner, Teresa Di Iuorio. Teresa has over 25+ years’ experience as a commercial lawyer (in Australia and South Africa), and has advised SME’s (small and medium-sized enterprises), private companies, and public listed companies and organisations. Prior to establishing Pact Legal Consulting, Teresa worked as a lawyer in private practice law firms (in Johannesburg and Hobart), and as a project lawyer/ in-house corporate lawyer in Brisbane (e.g. for Downer EDI Mining), and in Melbourne (e.g. for SKM (now part of Jacobs); Engineers Australia, Melbourne University etc).
Teresa’s legal qualifications include a B.A. (Law and English majors), an LL.B. and a Master of Commercial Law (Melbourne University).
